Dhanshree Dhrafani

Dhanshree (Dee) holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and brings both Australian and international recruitment experience to Synchro Partners. Having worked with technology consulting firms, she has developed a strong understanding of technical roles and the specialist skills organisations look for.

As a Candidate Resourcer, Dee supports recruitment across a broad range of technology disciplines, drawing on her industry knowledge and analytical background to identify and engage talent.

Naturally curious and people-focused, Dee enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and candidates. She takes pride in her organised approach, clear communication and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Her background in business analytics also gives her valuable insight into data, technology and emerging hiring trends.

Outside of work, Dee enjoys painting and is an avid reader, with Jane Austen among her favourite authors. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her immersed in a good book or exploring her creative side with a paintbrush in hand.
