Dale Splatt

Professional background & experience:

Dale joined the Synchro Partners team after working with one of the largest multinational recruitment agencies, and is responsible for spearheading the team’s research and resource capability across the board.

Prior to working in recruitment, Dale spent nearly a decade working in the commercial and civil infrastructure construction sectors, whilst also working as a PT in the fitness sector.

Having been a candidate himself (his first exposure to recruitment agencies), Dale brings a refreshing approach to recruitment. With a strong emphasis on building relationships and delivering a high level of service, he knows first-hand the lasting impact positive candidate experiences can have.

Dale has been intrigued about Technology from a young age, and now relishes the opportunity to be involved with high-profile technology initiatives and projects across the country – he’s very quickly demonstrated his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver outcomes to both his candidates and clients.

Outside of work:

Dale is a huge advocate for healthy living, both physically and mentally. When he’s not at work searching for candidates, you’ll find him searching for new learnings and experiences – whether it be travelling abroad, going on hiking adventures, doing some yoga or practicing mindfulness, he’s always looking to live his best life!
